CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT
The car rental terms are an integral part of this Agreement. The Client's signature on the Agreement
confirms their acceptance of these terms and confirms that the Lessor has reviewed each point of the
Agreement terms governing their relationship.
Main Conditions.
1.1. The Lessor agrees to provide the car to the Client and guarantees that the car is suitable for
its intended use at the time of handover.
1.2. At the time of car handover, both parties are responsible for inspecting the car's condition. Both parties must document any visible damages to
the car by taking photographs.
1.3. The Lessee guarantees that they, or other authorized persons under the Agreement, have all necessary licenses to operate the vehicle and assures that they have
no physical or mental health conditions that would prevent them from safely operating the vehicle.
1.4. In the event of early termination of the Agreement by the Lessee, the Lessor reserves the right
to decide on any refund to the Lessee.
Lessee’s Obligations.
2.1. The Lessee agrees to maintain the car in good technical condition, avoiding any deterioration
beyond normal wear and tear, and agrees not to use the car in the following situations: transporting
prohibited or dangerous goods, carrying passengers for profit, driver training, towing, or moving
other vehicles.
2.2. The Lessee agrees to pay all fines and other penalties incurred during the car’s use at their own expense.
2.3. The Lessee agrees to return the car in its original state without external or internal contamination; otherwise, they will pay for a car wash at the average
market rate of 300-450 THB, depending on the car type.
2.4. The Lessee agrees not to smoke in the car; otherwise, they will pay for chemical cleaning and the replacement of the cabin filter at a
cost of 1,500 THB.
2.5. The Lessee agrees not to operate the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2.6. In case of car damage, the Lessee must: immediately notify the Lessor about the
incident, call police representatives to the scene to prepare a report in case of an accident, and
provide the Lessor with a copy of the police report detailing the car's damages.
2.7. The Lessee agrees to independently contact the Lessor to arrange the time and conditions for returning (or
extending) the car at the end of the Agreement term. If the car is returned late, the Lessee will
pay a fine of 300 THB. If the delay exceeds three hours, the Lessee must pay a penalty equal to the
daily rental rate.
2.8. At the end of the Agreement term, the Lessee agrees to return the car to the
Lessor in good condition, accounting for normal wear, with a similar fuel level, or pay the
difference.
Lessor’s Obligations.
3.1. If the car is deemed unusable by both parties, the Lessor must replace it with an alternative
vehicle within a short time frame.
3.2. The Lessor is not responsible for damages resulting from car
malfunctions or breakdowns not caused by the Lessor's fault during the rental period.
3.3. The Owner has the right to terminate this Agreement early in case of the Lessee's violation of the Agreement
terms or if the Client provides false information when entering into the Agreement. In such a case,
the Client must immediately return the car to the Lessor upon receiving the Lessor’s notice of
termination.
Lessee’s Responsibility.
The Lessee is responsible for the car’s safety and is liable for it throughout the rental period.
In case of technical failure or damage to the car, the Lessee is liable for damages up to the insurance
deductible (5,000 - 10,000 THB, depending on the car; no deposit is required if "Full Insurance" is
purchased), provided that: the Lessee is at fault in the accident, there is no other party
responsible for the car damage, there is no police report from the scene, or if the Lessee provides
any information to the police, interpreter, or insurance agent that leads to a refusal of insurance
compensation.
